100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks
This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the P-Pump bypassing the factory fuel filter housing, and factory fuel pump. The injection pump return is tied into the engine return to eliminate the need for the factory filter head. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee.

AirDog II-5G products remove all entrained air, water, and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts.
The AirDog¨ II-5G is diaphragm regulated for maximum fuel pressure stabilization.
This system has the same 4G motor technology that has proven itself to be a reliable, quiet operating system. It also retains the "Demand Flow" of the older AirDog II variants. Demand Flow means whatever fuel the injection system does not consume gets recirculated back through the filter base.

AirDog ® 150 and AirDog ® II 165 units are recommended for horsepower up to 1000.
